Basic acrobatic for kids and adults

Acrobatic are excellent activity for developing physical motor skills such as coordination of motion, muscle strength, flexibility and grace and elegance of body movements.

Acrobatic classes include cardio training ,general physical preparation, learning and improving in basic acrobatic elements, developing and improving flexibility.

We provide classes
