Gym fitness

Muscle training of the whole body on basis of dance isolation exercises. Develops coordination of movements, flexibility, the ability to owngreat control and manage certain parts of the body, helps to perform grace dance movements, develops a sense of rhythm, bring lots of fun and reduce stress.

Class includes isolation dance movements of all parts of the body and their variations, as well as elementary dance combinations based on them.

We provide classes
Teenagers 10-15 y.o. (boys and girls)
Class duration 55 min (1-2 times per week)
Adults (Male and Female)
Class duration 55 min (1-2 times per week)
