Power gym

Gym fitness training is aimed to developing muscle strength, endurance, increasing muscle mass and muscle relief.

Intensive exercises in gym with machines and weights. Classes include training in the technique of basic and isolation exercises for all muscles groups. For Male students a Monster gym style with great focus on power lifting exercises are provided. Classes guide by professional coach with international coaching experience who is a Finalist of SINGAPORE STRONG MAN series 2015 .

We provide classes
Teenagers 12-15 y.o. (boys and girls)
Class duration 90 min (1-2 times per week)
